摘要： 概述了农村信用社的现状和在改革中遇到的主要问题，包括农村信用社的产权结构问题及其表现、资金外流问题和贷款难问题等．提出了制止资金外流的方法，并讨论了其解决途径。
Abstract: summarize present condition and the main problems of the current rural credit cooperatives, including structure of the property right and its representation,fund outflow and the way to against fund outflow,improving the service for rural loans and resolving the difficulty of loans to farms.
