摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以永良4号为试验材料，研究了磷酸二铵种肥、锌肥、硒肥对春小麦麸皮中蛋白质及矿物质含量的影响，结果表明：施用磷酸二铵种肥显著提高麸皮中Mn和Se的含量：喷施锌肥显著地提高了麸皮中Zn含量，降低了P、Fe、Cu的含量；喷施硒肥显著提高了麸皮中Ca、Mn、Se的含量，降低了P、Fe、Cu、Zn的含量；喷施锌硒混合肥显著提高了麸皮中Zn和Se含量，降低了蛋白质、Ca、Fe、P的含量。

Abstract: Effect of Zinc, Selenium and ammonium hydrogen phosphate seed fertilizer on the quality of the crude protein and mineral of the wheat bran were studied with Yong Lang No.4. The results were as follows：Applying ammonium hydrogen phosphate seed fertilizer could increase significantly the quality of Mn and Se of wheat bran; Spraying Zinc could increase significantly the quality of Zn and low differently the quality of P,Fe ,Cu of wheat bran;Spraying Selenium could increase significantly the quality of Ca,Mn,Se and low differently P,Fe,Cu,Zn of wheat bran;Spraying Zinc and Selenium at the Same Time could increase significantly the quality of Zn ,Se and low differently Crude protein ,Ca ,Fe ,P of wheat bran.
