摘要: 文章就国内外燕麦组织培养研究进展进行综述,按照不同的外植体分别介绍了相关学者的研究结果,成熟胚是选用最早、最多的外植体,其次是幼胚和幼穗,叶片、花药、颖片等较少,其中部分研究结果获得了再生植株以及转基因植株。
Abstract: In this paper, progress in tissue culture at home and abroad oats were reviewed. According to the different explants, introduces respectively the relevant academic research findings, mature embryos are selected the earliest, the largest number of explants. The next is immature embryos and young panicles,leaves, anthers and glumes more and less. Some of which research results obtained regenerated plants and transgenic plants.
