摘要： 促进土地合理流转，增加社会财富，提高农民收入和保护农民利益，对我国经济和社会的可持续发展具有非常重要的意义。文章通过对我国当前农村土地流转的现状及存在问题的考察，提出了一些建议和意见。
Abstract: it is very important to protect peasant＇s income, promote reasonable circulation of rural land, improve the income of the farmers and increase social wealth for the sustainable development of economy and society of our country .Based on China＇s current rural land circulation and problems of the status of the inspection, this thesis made some suggestions and opinions.
