施用微肥对洋葱品质的影响

Effect of Microelement Fertilizer on Onion Quality

摘要: 施用钼肥后洋葱VC含量明显增加 可溶性糖含量因铁肥浓度的增加而增加,施锌、锰肥后洋葱可溶性糖含量明显减少。矿质营养元素含量也有明显改变,其中Cu含量降低,其他相对应的微量元素含量增加。适量施用微肥还可以增加洋葱的Ca、Mg含量,提高对P、K的吸收和利用,有利于提高洋葱抗性,改善洋葱品质。

Abstract: The result showed that Vc content of onion increased,especially after applying Mofertilizer.And the soluble sugar had also been changed,its soluble sugar increased when Fefertilizer degree had been enhanced,but when we applied Zn or Mn fertilizer,the content ofsoluble sugar decreased evidently.At the same time,its microelements content changedobviously,Zn,Mn,Fe contents had been increased,but the content of Cu reduced in a largedegree.In addition,Ca and Mg contents also increased and the adsorption rate of P and K hadbeen enhanced because of microelement fertilization that will be benefit for its anticharactersand qualities.
