摘要: 随着发酵工业和生物技术的迅速发展以及人们环境保护意识的提高,采用DNA重组技术构建植酸酶的基因工程菌,对植酸酶基因进行重组表达,使微生物产生植酸酶活性大幅度提高,大大降低了植酸酶生产成本,从而使之得到广泛应用。

Abstract: With the fermentation industry and the rapid development of biotechnology,as well as improvement environmental protection awareness,the use of recombinant DNA technology to build phytase gene engineering strain,the recombinant expression of phytase gene, so that mierobion producing phytic acid activity increased greatly,reduced the phytase production costs, thus making it widely used.
