Abstract: To solve issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, and to improve farmers＇ living standard, supply of public goods in rural areas is one of the key points.According to the theory of public goods supply and the related requirements of Scientific Outlook on Development, giving full play to the village committee as a role of self-government organizations will certainly help to solve the supply of public goods in rural areas.
