Abstract: With the continuous development of the integration of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, ＂regional problems＂are puzzled the local governments in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan group city. And there are also institutional barriers in the integrations of Changsha,zhouzhu and xiangtan city groups which have restricted the order and normal process of regional integration.h needs kinds of stakeholders together to work out. This article introduces the theory of governance, analyses the necessity of building regional governace in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan group city, and try to build a suitable governace system in group city of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. And finally put up the particular path on how to achieve the goverance system.
