Abstract: General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out that we should promote eco-civilization when he refered to the new demand of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in the report of the 17th national congress of CPC.The concept and characteristic of eco-civilization is introduced in this paper.h is pointed that constructing eco-civilization is imperative.A series of countermeasures to construct eco-civilization are presented at last.
