摘要: 文章综述了磷脂酰丝氨酸的结构与性质、制备方法、分离方法及其在提高认知力、治疗抑郁症、缓解紧张压抑等方面的保健功效,并对磷脂酰丝氨酸在食品、药品行业的应用前景进行了展望。
Abstract: The structure, the nature ,separation method and preparation method of phosphatidylserine are descriped in this papr. The health functions of phosphatidylserine such as improving the cognitive, treating of depression and easing tensions and so on are expounded as well.The application of phosphatidylserine in the food industry and pharmaceutical industry are prospected.
