蒙古绵羊不同组织同工酶的分析研究

Study on the Isozymes in Different Tissues of Mongolian Sheep

摘要: 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对蒙古绵羊的心脏、肌肉、脾、胃、肠、肝、肺7种组织的酯酶(EST)、过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶酶谱进行了研究,并对两种酶的同工酶酶谱表型进行了分析。结果表明:绵羊的不同组织EST、POD同工酶酶谱具有明显的组织特异性,同工酶的种类及活性变化与其组织功能相适应,其特征性酶带可作为分类和进化的依据。

Abstract: The peroxidase(POD) isodynamic enzyme zymograms and esterase(EST) isodynamic enzyme zymograms in 7 kinds of tissues including heart、muscle、spleen、the stomach、intestines、liver and lung organization in Mongolian sheep were studied and analyzed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) .The analysis for phenotype of two kinds of isodynamic enzyme zymogram has been carried out at the same time.The results indicated that there are obvious tissue specifications displaying by zymograms of EST isodynamic enzyme and of POD isodynamic enzyme;isodynamic enzyme kinds and activities are adaptable to the tissue function It offers some reference usage for Mongolian sheep biochemistry analysis and genetic studies.
