Abstract: In 2007,the mixed fertilization of green manure and cattle manure on soil fertility was studied in order to find out the comprehensive utilization of green manure and its fertilizing role on soil.The results shows that,on the base of using nitrogen（N） ,phosphorus（P） and potassium（K） in balance,the effect of mixed application of Lequminosae green manure and cattle manure was better than Lequminosae green manure.Available nitrogen（AN） ,available phosphorus（AP） and available potassium（AK） had significant effects on soil organic matter content.
