Abstract: With Nanxian City,hunan Province,as the object of the research,this paper conducts a quantitative analysis of land use regionalization.By using SPSS statistic analysis software and by means of hierarchical clustering method,the paper puts forward the land use regionalization results through comparing the primary regionalization schemes and analyzing the facts of all villages and towns qualitatively.The result shows that the hierarchical clustering analysis method is applicable in land use regionalization.
