Abstract: Qingyuan County,Zhejiang Province,is located in the southwest border,east Shouning County,Fujian Province,Fujian Province,south county governance,the West suffer Songxi County,Fujian Province,the province north Longquan City,Jingning County.Qingyuan important economy in the bamboo industry has become farmers Qingyuan County,the main source of income is a pillar industry of national economy,Qingyuan County.But subject to freezing rain and snow early in February 2008 the impact of disasters,Qingyuan County,Mao bamboo-hit,to bamboo farmers have brought huge losses.In order to restore production as soon as possible affected bamboo and reduce disaster and the number of households into poverty once again emerged as soon as possible to restore the benefits of bamboo,Qingyuan County,many initiatives to speed up the restoration and reconstruction affected bamboo.
