甜瓜单性花性状遗传分析与转育研究

摘要: 利用厚皮甜瓜单性花材料(雌雄异花同株)作母本,对薄皮甜瓜品种(雄全同株)进行单性花转育,杂交F1代均表现为雌雄异花同株,F2代表现为雌雄异花同株和雄全同株3∶1的分离比例,回交后代出现雌雄异花同株和雄全同株1∶1的分离,以上各世代单性花性状遗传分离规律的结果表明,甜瓜单性花性状受单显性基因控制,遗传简单而稳定。经杂交1代,回交2代的转育,后代果实性状逐渐趋于薄皮甜瓜品种,性状表现优良,通过连续4代自交筛选,获得了单性花性状稳定的薄皮甜瓜单性花系2份,可用于杂交一代制种。

Abstract: It was studied to transfer the monoecious character of monoecious muskmelon to oriental melons with andromonoecious character through crossing.F1 hybrids expressed monoecism.The ratio of monoecism and andromonoecism in F2 generations was 3:1.Backcrossing with andromonoecious oriental melons,the generations showed monoecism and andromonoecism separated in the ratio of 1:1.The results showed that the monoecious character was controlled by single dominant gene,which heredity was simple and steady.The crossing generations had been developed with advanced characters as oriental melons through one crossing and two backcrossings.Moreover,two monoecious lines had been obtained through continuous self-crossing and selection,which will be used as a mother to make crossing seeds.
