Abstract: This paper,by using the flower organs while the flowers were in full bloom as experimental materials and taking lowtemperature coercion,analyzed the differences of the resistance to cold of three types of mountain apricots.Though determination of free water and bound water content of each type and the analysis of the statistical data,analyzed the resistance to cold and compared the differences of resistance to cold of various types of mountain apricots.
