Abstract: Jingyuan County is an important base in Ningxia,one of the small grains,with the planting structure adjustment of advance declining acreage,yield and quality of downward trend.The author of this status quo from the production,cultivation advantage carried out research,propose to build a brand awareness and develop brand-name small-grains products;support the key and leading enterprises,improve quality,expand the scale;to strengthen market and information network service system;active in technology development and services;the establishment of high-quality small grains production base,improve economies of scale;a unified plan,according to local conditions to establish and improve seed base;increase the production of inputs for small grains such as seven-pronged approach.
