摘要: 微生物作为一种防治水果病害的生物制剂,具有拮抗效果好,无毒无污染等优点。文章对水果采后病害生物防治的研究现状进行了综述,其中包括生防茵的特点、筛选途径、活性物质种类、存在的问题,并展望微生物茵剂用于水果采后贮藏的趋势和研究方向。
Abstract: Antagonistic microbiol,the antagonists used for biocontrol against fruits postharvest diseases, has better biocontrol efficacy and producing no pollution.This paper discusses the characteristics,isolation ways,aseptic extractions of antagonistic microbial against postharvest diseases of fruits. In addition,potential areas for future research and development in fresh storage of postharvest fruit with antagonistic mierobiol are suggested.
