雀麦种子萌发期抗旱性评价

Drought Resistance of Bromegrass at Germination Stage

摘要: 用不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫条件,对6份雀麦种子进行萌发期抗旱评价,结果表明:4%和8%浓度处理的发芽率、发芽势、胚根生长、胚芽生长和发芽指数较对照没有变化或降低不显著,大于12%PEG浓度胁迫较时照显著降低胚根和胚芽的生长、发芽指数和发芽势。利用隶属函数法进行耐旱性综合评价表明:6份材料的抗旱性依次为A1〉A5〉A6〉A3〉A2〉A4。

Abstract: The drought resistance evaluation of 6 brome at seed germination stage was studied by simulated drought stress with different concentrations of PEG-6000 solution.The results showed that seeds, germination percentage , germination tendency , radicle length , germ length, germination index was no changed or not significant declined at4 %, 8% of PEG compared to the control;But over 12%PEG , the radicle length , germ length, germination index, germination tendency was declined significantly. the comprehensive evaluation on drought resistance was given based on membership function method indicated that the drought resistance of the 6 species decreased in order of AI〉AS〉A6〉A3〉A2〉A4.
