中原牡丹在包头市的抗寒性研究

Cold Resistance of Chinese Peony in Baotou City

摘要: 对在包头市引种的5个中原牡丹品种‘昆山夜光’、‘胭红’、‘首案红’、‘十八号’和‘墨撒金’进行低温处理,并分别测定各品种的细胞膜相对透性、SOD活性、MDA和可溶性糖含量的变化,得出各项生理指标的变化规律。研究表明,细胞膜相对透性、SOD活性、MDA和可溶性糖含量均与牡丹的抗寒性显著相关.综合评价得出抗寒性顺序为:‘昆山夜光’〉‘胭红’〉‘首案红’〉‘十八号’〉‘墨撒金’。

Abstract: By cold stress treatment on five central plains tree peony cultivars including 'Kunshan Yeguang', 'Yanhong', 'Shouanhong', 'Shibahao' and 'Mosajin ', the relative conductivity, the activities of SOD, the content of malonaldehyde and soluble sugar were measured, and the dynamic change law of physiological index were obtained. Research indicated the relative conductivity, the activities of SOD, the content of malonaldehyde and soluble sugar were all related to cold resistance of central plains tree peony. Comprehensive evaluation can draw strength in the order of the cold resistance: 'Kunshan Yeguang':〉 ‘ Yanhong'〉‘Shouanhong' 〉‘ Shibahao ' 〉‘ Mosajin ' .This research can provide theoretical basis for popularization and application of central plains tree peony cultivars in cold area.
