摘要: 干燥花的色变机理是决定干燥花品质的关键因子。文章就干花生产及产后保存过程中可能会导致色变的因素如温度、pH值、金属、褐变现象、褪色现象等进行初探,简单综述了干花的色变机理,相关理论可以为内蒙古自治区今后干花生产提供一定参考依据。
Abstract: The discoloration mechanism of dried flowers is the key factors determining the quality.In this paper, some factors causing discoloration of dried flowers were discussed.Such as temperature, pH, metal affect, browning, bleaching etc.The discoloration mechanism of the dried flowers were Summaried.And the theory provided references for dried flowers' production in the future.
