摘要： 文章对蛋白质纯化过程中经常使用的层析方法,即凝胶过滤层析、离子交换层析和亲和层析这三种层析方法的原理、主要介质和操作步骤进行了综述。
Abstract: Based on protein purification process often use of three kinds of methods,namely gel chromatography,ion exchange chromatography filterChromatography and affinity chromatography this three kinds of chromatography method,the principle of the major media and operating procedures are reviewed.
