Abstract: Agro-technical popularization to new benefits, not only technology is better, the key is to let farmers willing to accept, make its translated into real productive forces. This needs agro-technique extension personnel to constantly improve their own quality, understand the characteristics and its psychological farmers, the suitable method to effectively communicate with farmers, reach consensus, make to promote agricultural science and technology achievements as soon as possible.
