6-BA+K_2SO_4对红富士苹果果实矿质和糖代谢的影响

Effect of 6-BA+K2SO4 on Mineral Metabolism and Glycol Metabolism of Fuji Apple

摘要: 分析不同浓度的6-BA+K2SO4处理对成熟期苹果果实内总糖、还原糖、可溶性糖、矿质元素和果实单果重的影响;研究材料:6年生"长富2号"苹果叶片及果实;研究结果:(1)各处理明显提高果实内矿质元素含量,其中以处理5效果最好。除Ca外的其它元素,处理与对照相比,差异均达显著水平。(2)各处理果实的总糖、可溶性糖、还原糖含量均高于对照,差异达极显著水平;处理5果实的总糖、可溶性糖、还原糖含量最高,对照的总糖、可溶性糖、还原糖含量最低。(3)与对照相比,各处理均可明显提高果实的单果重,差异达极显著水平。(4)果实内矿质元素与总糖的相关性分析表明:成熟期果实内,Mg、Fe、Zn含量与果实含糖量呈正相关;其中处理5果实内Mg、Fe、Zn含量与果实含糖量的相关性达显著水平。K、Ca、Cu、Mn元素含量与果实含糖量呈负相关。(5)果实内矿质元素、总糖含量与单果重的相关性分析表明:果实内总糖含量与单果重呈正相关。不同处理果实内总糖含量与单果重呈极显著正相关。其中,处理5相关性最为显著,达到0.9694,对照果实内总糖含量与单果重相关性不达显著水平,果实内大多数矿质元素含量与单果重呈负相关。不同处理果实内Cu含量与单果重呈极显著负相关。处理4果实内Ca含量与单果重呈显著负相关,处理1、2及对照果实内Ca含量与单果重呈显著负相关。处理1、2、3、4及对照果实内Fe含量与单果重呈极显著负相关。

Abstract: Reducing sugar、soluble sugar、starch、all kinds of mineral nutritions(K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn) and mean fruit weight were measured and analysed,spraying the different concentration of 6-BA+K2SO4 on the"Changfu 2"apple trees.The results were as follows:(1)The result showed that the treatments could improve the contents ofmineral nutritions in the fruits.Treatment 5 was the best among all thetreatments.The contents of mineral nutritions in the fruits except Ca with alltreatments,were remarkably higher than those of the control.The contents of K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn in the fruits of the treatment 5 were the highest among allthe treatments and the control.(2)The significant analysis for total sugar,soluble sugar,reducing sugarin the fruits in two years showed that the contents of total sugar,solublesugar,reducing sugar in the fruits of the treatment 5 were the highest and thoseof the control is the lowest,those of all the treatments were remarkably higherthan those of the control.The result of the treatment 5 was the best.(3)The result of mean fruit weight revealed:all the treatments couldremarkably improve the fruit weight.The different reached to the level of themost significance.(4)The correlation analysis between mineral nutritions and total sugarrevealed that during maturation period,there were the positive correlationbetween the contents of Mg、Fe、Zn in the fruits and the content of total sugarin the fruits.For the treatment 5,the positive correlation reached to the levelof significance.There were the negative correlation between the contents of K、Ca、Cu、Mn and the content of total sugar in the fruits.(5)The correlation analysis between all mineral nutritions,total sugarand mean fruit weight revealed that there were the positive correlation betweentotal sugar and mean fruit weight.For all the treatments,the positivecorrelation reached to the most level of significance.The correlation of thetreatment 5 was the closest among all the treatments,the correlation coefficientwas 0.9694.The correlation of the control didn't reach to the level ofsignificance.There were the negative correlation between the most of mineralnutritions in the fruits and mean fruit weight.The negative correlation betweenthe content of Cu in the fruits and mean fruit weight reached to the most levelof significance for all the treatments and the control.The negative correlationbetween the content of Ca in the fruits and mean fruit weight for the treatment4 reached to the most level of significance.The negative correlation betweenthe content of Fe in the fruits and mean fruit weight for the treatments 1-4 and the control reached to the most level of significance.
