胡麻主要农艺性状的相关性及其聚类分析

Agronomic character and cluster analysis of flax cultivars

摘要: 应用SPSS 18.0统计分析软件对19个胡麻品系的主要农艺性状的考种数据进行变异性、相关性和聚类分析。结果表明,分茎数、单株结果数、单株果重变异系数较大,株高与工艺长度、分茎数与单株结果数、单株果重与单株结果数、单株果重与分茎数均呈极显著相关;而千粒重与株高呈显著负相关。19个胡麻品系的综合性状聚类分析分为四大类群,其中第一类(9、19、5和16号品系)和第三类(10和12号品系)表现良好,值得推广种植。

Abstract: The data about agronomic characters of 19 flax clutivars were analysed with a statistical software SPSS 18.0.The results showed large aberrance coefficient of sub-stem per plant,capsules per plant and capsules weight of per plant.There were significant positive correlation between plant height and Length of craft,between sub-stem per plant and capsules per plant,between capsules weight of per plant and capsules per plant,and between capsules weight of per plant and sub-stem per plant.but 1000-seed weight had a significant negative correlation with plant height.The 19 flax cultivars were classified to 4 groups based on integrated characteristics.Group 1 and group 3 had excellent agronomic traits and were recommended for expansion.
