大白菇液体深层发酵培养条件的优化

摘要: 采用深层发酵培养和正交试验方法,测定生物量和胞外多糖含量,选择出大白菇液体培养的适宜碳源、氮源和适宜浓度的培养基。试验结果表明:大白菇培养最适碳源为可溶性淀粉,最适氮源为酵母粉,培养基浓度最佳配比分别为可溶性淀粉2%,酵母粉0.5%,K2HPO40.3%,MgSO40.05%。

Abstract: Using Liquid Submerged Fermentation and the orthogonal experiment design,denitrified biofilm and the contend of the extracellular polysaccharide,the concentration and feeding time were selected.the best concentration of Carbon resource,Nitrogen resource and the optimum concentration of liquid medium was selected.The results showed that the best conditions were the optimal carbon source was soluble starch,the optimal nitrogen source was yeast extract.The optimum proportion of medium is soluble starch2%,yeast extract 0.5%,KH2PO40.3%,MgSO40.05%
