Abstract: Accarding to local region practical soil situation,the paper analyzed and discussed the effect of soil on adding heavy metals element and poisonous elements to the soil.The result showed this led to accumulate nitrate in soil,to damage soil texture,to accelerate the soil to become acid gradually,to decrease soil micro-organism to act and so on;The author put forward a series of controlling measures.For example,enhancing the awareness of protecting environment,strengthening super-vision and management of soil manure,adding organic fertilizer to the soil,promoting in the proportion of the right kinds and amounts of fertilizer,using suppression matter of nitrate,improving methods of using manure.
