Abstract: Deep conflict between economic growth and social development originates the trend of Low-carbon.Nowadays,it is in the period of quick development in the area of industrialization and urbanization in Alashan.Era of Low-carbon brings new problem for strategy and practice of development.In the eyes of scientific development and Low-carbon development,the article analysis the strategy and model of development between Bayanhaote Town and Economic Developing Zone of Alashan again,and suggests that Bayanhaote becomes ecological town and economic developing zone becomes Low-carbon developing zone.
