生姜试管苗温室移栽试验

Experiment on Ginger Plantlet Transplanting into Greenhouse

摘要: 摘要:以平度大姜试管苗为材料进行温室移栽试验,结果表明,较高的温度、适当的炼苗与保湿等措施可显著提高试管苗移栽成活率,以遮阴保湿lOd.后期通风透光的处理试管苗成活率最高。适宜的株行距可获得较大的单株产量,以草炭+蛭石(1:1)为基质栽培平度大姜试管苗.既节约成本又可获得较高的成活率。

Abstract: This study on ginger plantlet planting in greenhouse,results indicate that higher temperature and seedling refining and moisturizing can improve the plantlet survival rate obviously.Shading and moisturizing for 10 days is the best method for the plantlet surviving. Suitable spacing can get higher yield per plant. The ratio of peat and vermiculite (1:1) is both saving cost and getting higher survival rate for the ginger plantlet.
