摘要: 蓝靛果果实中富含大量的花色苷,已被证实具有多种生理活性,是继蓝莓之后的“第三代”功能性蓝色果品之一,备受青睐。近几十年来,国内外学者对蓝靛果花色苷的开发利用进行了大量的研究,但许多关键技术领域需要探索。文章对蓝靛果花色苷的组分分析、理化性质、提取纯化方法、稳定性及生理活性等方面进行了综合评述,对蓝靛果花色苷的开发和利用具有重要的理论依据和实际意义。
Abstract: The fruit of Lonicera edulis contains a lot of anthocyanins.h has been confirmed to have a variety of bioactivity. Lonicera edulis is one of the "third generation" functional blue fruits after the blueberry,and it is favoured and popular.In recent decades,domestic and foreign scholars have made a lot of research on development and utilization of Lonicera edulis anthocyanins.But it has many of the key technology to explore. In this paper, the composition analysis,physical and chemical properties,extraction and purification methods,stability and bioactivity of Lonicera edulis anthocyanins were introduced.And it has very important practical significance to the further development and utilization of Lonicera edulis anthocyanins.
