Abstract: Since the reformation and opening up,China＇s planned economy transform to market economy,but the agricultural promotion system lags behind the development situation.Author proposes suggestions on buiding multimedia network system for agricultural technology popularization with horizontal conbination and vertical extention, accelerating the development and utilization of agricultural technology information resources,playing close attention on software development and agricultural multimedia production, strengthen the leadership,accelerating to build the network of the agricultural technology popularization.
