Abstract: using a variety of meteorological data on November 7 ~13,2009 occurred during the cold weather circulation background,influence system and physical quantity field diagnostic analysis is performed on the front zone,low layer, surface cold air moving path and surface meteorological elements were studied. The results show that the weather is the height 500hPa blocking high collapsed,Tony Lake transverse trough to vertical,strong cold air south,led to a strong cold wave in.With the strong cold wave accompanied the snowfall occurs in high humidity and moisture flux convergence zone.
