Abstract: based on the CaoHongFa＇s ecosystem quality evaluation model, selected climate index, ecological system stability index, target population, the green restoring force index, the ecosystem health of hulunbuir was researched on nine aspects. The results showed that Genhe and Elunchun in northeast were very healthy ecological system; Xinzuoqi and Xinyouqi in west were not healthy ecosystem state; The rest of the nine state belong to the health of ecological system. Based on the ecological environment is fragile areas, The paper proposed the countermeasure and strategy of sustainable development.
