Abstract: The establishment of evaluation index system which is about agriculture demonstration base of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the important link of the health and comprehensive development of the base, and also is the necessary means. On the base of the expounding necessity which is about the construction of evaluation index system, this paper expounds the thinking of construction. On the base of the method of expert scoring and AHP, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of agriculture demonstration base of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Xinjiang.
