摘要： 近年来，免耕栽培技术由于其具有节本增效、节能降耗，保护土壤结构等特点，在国内外备受推崇。巴彦淖尔市地处河套平原，是国家重要的粮、油、糖生产基地，近几年通过该技术的推广应用，取得了较好的经济效益和生态效益，是一项促进当地农业可持续发展的好技术。
Abstract: The cultural technique of no-tillage is one of the advanced conservation tillage in or out in recent years .It saves the cost and increases the benefit .It Protections environment ,enhances the soil fertility and reduces the labor intensity, etc. The city of Bayannao＇er ,on the Ho-t＇ao Plain, is the important grains production base of our country. In these years, the using of the technique produced great Economic and Ecological benefits to the local economic development.
