摘要: 脱氧核酶(DNAzyme)是一类具有多种催化功能的单链DNA分子,在多种疾病的基因治疗中显示出巨大潜力,尤其对肿瘤、病原微生物的作用有着广阔的应用前景和一定的临床实用价值.文章就DNAzyme的作用机理及其在抗疾病方面的研究现状等方面做一综述.
Abstract: Deoxyribozmes (DNAzymes) are a set of single stranded DNA segments with a variety of catalytic functions. It shows great potential in gene therapy of many diseases, especially has broad application prospects and clinical practical value for the tumor and the pathogenic microorganisms. In this paper,the mechanism of action of DNAzyme and its applications in the disease treatment were reviewed.
