摘要： 文章通过专题调研和问卷调查的方式,汇总分析了巴彦淖尔市户籍制度改革的基本情况,指出户籍制度改革中存在的问题,并针对性地提出放开户籍制度的基本原则和方法.
Abstract: The basic situation of household registration system reform in bayannur city was analyzed by means of special investigation and survey. It pointed out the problems existed in the reform of household registration system, and corresponding put forward to the basic principles and methods of the household register.
