摘要： 文章阐述了巴彦淖尔市黄河灌区基本情况,灌区农民用水负担状况、灌区灌溉管理以及存在的问题,并提出相关建议.
Abstract: The basic situation of Hetao Irrigation District in Bayannur, irrigation water of farmers burden conditions, existing problems were described in this paper, and suggestions of irrigation management were put forward.
