Abstract: Using the method of field experiment, the effects of applying fertilizer on the crude protein and mineral nutrient of spring wheat kernel was studied. The results showed that applying DAP increased the content of the crude protein, P, and Zn; Spraying zinc fertilizer reduced the content of Ca and Mg and improved the content of Cu and Zn; Spraying selenium fertilizer improved the content of Se; Spraying zinc selenium mixed fertilizer improved the content of Se and reduced the content of the P, Mg.
