超低粘度海藻酸钠制备工艺研究

Research on the Preparation Process of Low Viscosity Sodium Alginate

摘要: 实验先进行单因素分析,研究海藻酸钠水溶液在不同温度、p H值、反应时间条件下粘度的变化规律,得出单因素条件下制备超低粘度海藻酸钠的最适条件。进而进行正交试验,通过方差分析得出制备超低粘度海藻酸钠的最佳条件为:最适温度65℃,p H值2.5,反应时间是8h。通过喷雾干燥技术将超低粘度的海藻酸钠胶液制备成固体粉末。

Abstract: In this study, the single-factor experiment was used to analysis the viscosity change rule of sodium alginate aqueous solution under different conditions of temperature, pH, reaction time. Then the orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the conditions of the preparation of low viscosity sodium alginate. By analysis of variance, the best conditions for preparation of low viscosity sodium alginate was:65℃,pH=2.5,and the reaction time was 8 hours. By spray drying technology, the liquid ultra-low viscosity sodium alginate was made into solid powder.
