12种PE防虫薄膜对赤拟谷盗触杀效果的研究

Contact Toxicity of 12 Kinds of PE Insect-Resistant Film against Tribolium castaneum

摘要: 通过天津科技大学提供的12种PE防虫薄膜在不同时间对主要储粮害虫——赤拟谷盗成虫触杀效果的研究,在温度25℃,相对湿度70%的条件下,培养生理状况一致的赤拟谷盗成虫,将12种PE薄膜分组对其进行触杀。通过对实验数据的分析统计,认为12种PE防虫薄膜具有良好的触杀效果,其中以1-2(胺菊酯+辣椒碱+马拉硫磷)、1-3(胺菊酯+辣椒碱+马拉硫磷)、4-3(保粮安+辣椒碱+西维因)触杀效果在70h时达到70%以上,80h时达到90%以上,效果较好。

Abstract: In this study, the contact toxicity of 12 kinds of PE insect-resistant film provided by Tianjin university of science and technology against Tribolium castaneum, the main stored-grain pests, were evaluated under the conditions of 25℃, relative humidity of 70%. All of the tested insect-resistant film showed favorable contact toxicity against Tribolium castaneum. The contact toxicity rate of the combination of tetramethrin, capsaicin and malathion (1-2 and 1-3) and the combination of "Baoliang'an", capsaicin and carbarvl in 70 h were all 70%, and they were 90% in 80 h.
