摘要: 文章简单阐述了什么是食品生物技术,及其在食品工业中的应用,并对其的前景进行了展望。

Abstract: What was the food biotechnology was simply introduced in this paper, and its application in food industry was illustrated, and summarized its prospect forecast of food bio technology.
