苍蝇辅助授粉在洋葱隔离采种中的应用研究

The Opplied research of supplementary pollination by bluebottle flies for onion seed production in isolation net-house

摘要: 研究通过人工繁殖苍蝇,在苍蝇三龄幼虫阶段,按照不同投放密度,将苍蝇幼虫投放到洋葱隔离网室内,进行洋葱辅助授粉活动,观察洋葱授粉结实率及授粉效果,确定苍蝇辅助洋葱授粉的最佳密度。结果表明,增加投放苍蝇幼虫数量能显著提高洋葱授粉结实率。

Abstract: Through Artificial propagation on the third instar larvae of bluebottle fly,the third instar larvae was placed in isolated net-house with different density.Meanwhile, evaluated the pollination effect and the seed setting rate of onion.The results showed that increasing the screwworm could obviously increase the seed setting rate of onion.
