向日葵黄萎病诱抗剂的筛选

Screening induced resistance agent against the sunflower verticillium wilt

摘要: 为了寻找对向日葵黄萎病有诱导抗性的化学试剂,实验选取了K2HPO4、硅酸钠、苯并噻二唑(BTH)、水杨酸、甲壳素、葡聚糖6种试剂进行了离体抑菌试验以及诱抗剂盆栽筛选试验。离体抑菌试验结果表明,K2HPO4、甲壳素、硅酸钠、葡聚糖处理对黄萎病病菌(大丽轮枝菌)无拮抗作用,水杨酸和苯并噻二唑对向日葵黄萎病菌有较好的抑菌作用;诱抗剂盆栽筛选试验结果表明,硅酸钠浓度为100 mg/L时对向日葵黄萎病具有较好的诱导抗性。

Abstract: s:In order to find wilt inducible resistance chemical reagent of the sunflower verticillium,we selected the K2HPO4, sodium silicate,benzene and BTH,salicylic acid,chitin,glucan for the bacteriostasis experiment and resistance agent screening test in vitro,the test results showed that the K2HPO4,chitin,sodium silicate bacteria,dextran had no antagonism on Verticillium dahliae Kleb at antibacterial test in vitro. oxalic acid had no antagonism when it was below 100mg/L concentration.The resistance agent screening text results showed that potassium silicate and oxalic acid had good inducible resistance to the sunflower verticillium wilt.
