Simulation optimation of virtual Sabina vulgaris based on dual-scale automation

摘要: 对虚拟臭柏生长模型与实际生长状况之间存在的差异进行了分析和探讨,结果表明:臭柏的节间伸长变化和分枝角度变化呈阶段性、非匀速变化,具有顶端小枝优先生长的特点。根据臭柏在实际生长过程中节间生长、分枝角度分阶段变化的特点,进行分段约束,引用可约束的随机函数对虚拟臭柏的生长模型进行优化,实现小枝顶端的优先生长模拟。仿真结果表明,改进后的模型更接近臭柏的生长,顶端优势明显,密度变化自然。

Abstract: The differences between virtual growth model and real growth status of Sabina vulgaris were investigated in this study.The results showed that the change of growth of internode and branching angle of Sabina vulgaris showed the property of stage and non uniform speed,and the growth of the apical meristem showed priority.According to the stage change features of the growth of internode and branching angle of Sabina vulgaris in actual situation,the constrained random function was used to optimize the growth model of virtual Sabina vulgaris and to implement the simulation of prior growth of apical meristem.The visualization results showed that the model was highly consistent with the growth of real Sabina vulgaris,and the prior growth of apical meristem has been implemented,density and distribution were shown to be nature.
