摘要: 在自然干旱条件下,从丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性、植物组织含水量共5个抗旱性生理指标,研究坡上窄叶欧李和沟底窄叶欧李的抗旱性,运用综合评价的方法评价不同立地条件下野生欧李的抗旱性强弱。结果表明:沟底窄叶欧李的抗旱性要显著高于坡上欧李的抗旱性,为更好地利用野生欧李优良性状提供有力的理论依据。

Abstract: With the comprehensive evaluation of method to evaluate anti-drought of deep groove and slope Cerasus humilis, 5 physiological indexes of Cerasus humilis for drought-resistance in natural environment were determined to study in 2 kinds of the different site conditions, included in malondialdehyde, SOD activity, chlorophyll content, the cell membrane permeability, leaf relative water content, The main results were as follow: the Cerasus humilis of deep groove drought resistance surpassed the Cerasus humilis of slope.This research provided strong theoretical basis for better utilization of Cerasus humilis traits.
