Abstract: A new generation of domestic meteorological monitoring communication system at the provincial level monitoring principle was introduced,Comprehensive analysis about stations-cities-provincial transmission link according to the lack of the situation,the nature of the stations, transmission link,then rapidly judge transmission link or node failure occurs, then immediately notify the relevant maintenance and troubleshooting network management persons, restore data transmission.
