摘要： 2014/2015年冬季（2014年12月1日至2015年2月28日）,呼伦贝尔市主要气候特点：平均气温与历年同期值相比偏高。降水量与历年同期相比,农区偏多,牧区和林区偏少或接近常年同期。主要天气气候事件有：极寒天气、三＂阳＂开泰奇特景观、风雪降温天气。
Abstract: 2014/2015 winter （December 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015）, the climate characteristics of the main city of Hulunbuir was that the average temperature was higher than the calendar year value. Compared with the precipitation in the same period, rural area was more, pastoral areas and forest areas were less or near normal. The main weather event was that the extremely cold weather,＂three sun＂strange landscape,and the blizzard weather.
