摘要： 重点陈述了鄂尔多斯市农地流转的进度、方式,流转中存在的主要问题,并列举了流转失败的典型案例。进而就这些问题的成因进行了分析研究。最后,提出解决存在问题的几点对策建议。
Abstract: The article discussed the progress,method and main problem about rural land transfer in Ordos city.Morever, the tipical cases of unsuccessful transter were listed. And then, the cause of these problems were analyzed. Finaly, some countermeasures and suggestions for solving this existing problems were proposed.
