Abstract: With the continuous development of scienc e and technology. The various departments to the development of the market economy requirements is also continuly improving. The factors that affect the effectiveness of their services were mainly explored as the perspective of agricultural stations, and understand the dominance and recessive factors which influencing the effect of farm machinery service station. Practice proved that it could enhance qualitative service efficiency of agricultural stations with quality and quantity largely, and expected results service could be reflected if we had a certain understanding and inquiry of the agricultural machine station service effects affected factors.
